How we work
Each project, by definition is different. However, we have a structured manner in which we approach opportunities.
Pre-construction works are typically handled by the directors of the business, including feasibility, design, costings, and programming.
When arriving at the point of commencement, each project is assigned to a dedicated site manager/foreman, typically SMSTS or SSSTS qualified and without exception, first aid qualified. Site management report to the directors of the business who all maintain a hands-on approach where possible. We provide clients with regular and ongoing feedback and encourage clients to take as much or as little interest and involvement throughout the construction process as they wish

Full refurbishment to single storey restaurant in Oxford including new kitchen facilities, decoration, extensive plastering works throughout, M&E, and extensive hard and soft landscaping to rear of restaurant. Completed over 3 weeks, within programme and within budget.
Full refurbishment to 44 sheltered accommodation residences in Banbury, including significant structural re-modelling, demolition, new kitchens and bathrooms, extensive plastering, full decoration, new flooring, M&E. Project ongoing and currently within budget and within programme.
