SPL Warwick Ltd began life as an interior fit-out and refurbishment specialist and through a fusion of experience, knowledge, passion, and opportunity, has fast developed into a general contractor operating across both traditional and design & build projects
We retain a strong presence in the interior fit-out and refurbishment sectors, but our areas of delivery and expertise also encompass development, planning, and new build schemes across a range of sectors including public, residential, commercial and industrial.

About SPL Warwick's team
Our senior management team have in excess of 70 years combined experience of operating at management level within construction main contractors and the associated supply chain, and have the ability to deliver projects ranging in value from £20k through to £5m and above. We have a strong financial base and therefore Clients can have that added peace of mind that they are dealing with a stable company with strong resources and cash-flow
Jon Bunn, Managing Director
Jon has worked within the construction industry since graduating from Southampton University in 2000. He started his career working for one of the largest civil engineering contractors in the UK, gaining a solid grounding in both operations and commercial divisions
He has experience of growing and running businesses with annual turnover in excess of £15m, and has been a multiple business owner for the past 3 years. He carries a belief that business development is key to success and this is reflected in SPL Warwick’s approach to dealing with the clients that we work with. Generating “repeat business” is the greatest compliment a client can pay a contractor and Jon is heavily involved in account managing regular clients and sourcing new opportunities, whether they be of a contracting or development type nature
Paul Watkins, Commercial Director
Paul has spent his entire career working within the construction industry in a variety of roles ranging from Quantity Surveyor to Company Director. For 17 years he operated his own project management and cost consultancy business, was a board member of the Association for Project Management and has been a regular contributor to construction journals. He has worked extensively with national and international companies on a wide range of developments both within the UK and overseas.
Simon Barrett, Contracts Director
Simon brings passion, organisation, and pride to our delivery. Having worked within the industry for some 25 years, his area of knowledge and expertise includes refurbishment and new build within the commercial, industrial and residential sectors, as well spending a significant portion of his career within the restoration and disaster-recovery markets
Simon has a trade background, having since developed his career through foreman, site management, contract management, and most recently, director-level appointments.
